Ok for staying one night

Place shows it's age but they seem to be staying on top of things

Room not to bad has a fair chance to be a good motel but needs some work and new air conditioner and some one to monitor the guest that runs around being loud and cursing.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service!

We had a pleasant night in the Beautiful Queen Room. Providing local dining recommendations. Don't miss the nearby restaurants, which are fantastic for a quick meal. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Jacksonville!

My a double room was brand-new with a microwave oven, a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment. There was bathtubs too. The staff were superbly friendly!

brand-new rooms and welcoming with the coffee pot and extra pillows, as for instance. with coffee & tea making machines, a refrigerator and a cooktop. location next to restaurants, stores and restaurants, and the town center. also, close to other places.

While my experience had its ups and downs, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the attentive service from some staff like Moe. I encountered issues such as a strong odor in the hallways and signs of bugs, which can't be overlooked.

I enjoyed the big room with a fully equipped kitchenette and the upgraded bathroom. The friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again!

It was just an ideal choice for a short stayover in Jacksonville with excellent value for money. The front desk clerk was amazing and made us feel at home right away. Make sure to ask for early check-in. They're really accommodating.

Had a fun group trip with friends! We enjoyed local beaches and checked out the cool aquarium. The room was spacious and comfortable, great spot for relaxation after a long day. For future guests, just a heads up that some amenities may vary, but overall, it was a solid experience. Would definitely recommend for a fun time with buddies!

We had a rough moment when we checked in, as there was a crack pipe found near our door. This was concerning and put us on edge . Hopefully, they can do a better job with cleaning and safety in the future.

It made catching up on work easy. The pool area was nice, along with the comfy seating options available nearby. Just wish the towels were a bit fluffier, but overall, I enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend it 😊

The staff was friendly and helpful, really making me feel at home. I also appreciated the convenient location, made getting around the area easy.

the air conditioning wasn't working well.

The room was pretty bad. The bed was missing sheets and covers, and the floors were sticky and dirty. The bathroom had a nasty smell. We never even got room keys, so we were stuck in there. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, and the kitchen. Unfortunately, I did notice some issues with cleanliness in the common areas 😕

I appreciated the cleanliness and modern design of my room. The kitchenette was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helped me feel at home .

Better lighting in the kitchen would be helpful.

The mattress in the room offered excellent comfort, and the staff was accommodating, providing extra towels upon request. The housekeeping service felt inconsistent, and the front desk staff exhibited a fairly agitated demeanor when approached. The room featured useful amenities like a 2 burner stove top and a full refrigerator, but the overall experience left much to be desired.
